Ritz-Carlton wants residences in Atlanta! According to Bizjournals.com, 3630 Peachtree, a mixed-use 34-story tower that includes residential, retail and office, is branding the residential portion of the project to be the first Ritz-Carlton Residences in Atlanta.

Partners for Ritz-Carlton Residences Atlanta Buckhead are Post Properties Inc. and Novare Group Inc., which will feature 129 luxury units and seven penthouses.
Pricing will range from$600,000 for the smallest unit, at 995 square feet, to more than $2 million for the 3,000-square-foot penthouse.

"As you can imagine, the standards of the Ritz-Carlton are very high," said Jim Borders, CEO of Novare, one of the major condominium developers in metro Atlanta.
The first 17 floors will remain office and retail space, Borders said. The 18th and 19th floors will be the amenities deck, which will include two guest suites for residents having guests, he said.

Residents will also have access to housekeeping, personal chefs, room service, porter service and concierge service, Borders said.

Borders expects the building will "top out" with final vertical construction in November and open in July.

A sales center in Monarch Tower is expected to open this fall, he said.

"This is a very big milestone" in the work that has been done to create 3630, said Dave Stockert, CEO of Atlanta-based Post Properties Inc. (NYSE: PPS).
